Our 250 model homes and condominiums, going back over the past twenty-seven years, are simply too many to itemize.

Because of our strong visual merchandising and theatrical backgrounds, model residences are our specialty and our special love.   

We have created multiple projects over the years for prominent real estate developers such as Steven Goodstein, the Milstein family, Samuel J. Landau, Harry Macklowe, the Zeckendorfs, the Albanese brothers, Hank Sopher, Wilbur Breslin, Gary Melius and Brian Street, to name just a few.

These jobs were at sites such as Astor Terrace, Liberty House, Executive Plaza (Hotel Taft Renovation), Fifth Avenue Towers, Battery Park City, Riverbank West, Central Park Mews, 100 United Nations Plaza, and Bedford Lake Condominiums, all in New York.  Then there are the more recent projects in Florida, most notably at the Aragon in Boca Raton.
